In order to provide you meaningful investment advisory services, we may collect information from the following sources:

• Information we receive directly from you on applications, transfer forms, planning questionnaires, statements, or other forms.
• Information about transactions with or through IFPG.
• Information from others verifying information you provide us, or during the course of normal business from servicing your account(s).

As a current or former client, IFPG may share your information (as detailed above) with our affiliates, Intrepid Financial LLC, during our normal business process of servicing you, the client.  The information may also be shared with non-affiliated third-parties such as your accounting firm, tax professional, discount brokerage firms such as TD Ameritrade or Charles Schwab & Co., or to other companies who provide us products and services for our clients.  These companies also have privacy policies in place.

We are permitted, under law, to share information with non-affiliated "exempt third-parties" such as debt collectors, representatives of clients, parties in efforts to sell all or part of our business, or others to comply with any laws or regulations.

IFPG maintains security practices and procedures designed to ensure the confidentiality of client information.  We limit employee access to client data to only those who need it to carry out their duties.  We educate our employees about safeguarding client information and preventing its unauthorized access, disclosure, or use.  WE DO NOT SELL OR MAKE AVAILABLE ANY CLIENT NAMES, ADDRESSES, OR PHONE NUMBERS TO ANY THRID-PARTIES EXCEPT WHEN CLIENTS GRANT US PERMISSION TO USE THEM AS A REFERENCE FOR PROSPECTIVE NEW CLIENTS FOR OUR COMPANY.
